Even in 2025, athletes still underestimate the power of social media and marketing. While marketing can be important for building a portfolio, it also helps to build brand awareness. Above are examples of two accounts I had grown over 2024. On the left, a TikTok account was created that saw one video receive 6.1 MILLION views with another receiving 1.9 MILLION views with the occasional 100K and 200K video sprinkled in.

On the right is an example of a YouTube channel that was occasionally posted beginning last year. By analyzing trends on YouTube, along with SEO and studying the algorithm, we have been able to build his channel by utilizing short and long-form content. Something YOU can also do by using a smartphone and a tripod.
